Alan had some problems with previous versions of the leaflet in .doc so i converted them all into .pdf aswell, everyone should be ok with that. Penny has also updated the flyer so it is a bit clearer.

One suggestion for everyone: make sure YOU send off a copy of the draft letter! Its the sort of thing that is easily put off.
